Mach Speed has denied my rebate application for the purchase of a Trio MP3 player + SD card. They claim the serial number is invalid. I searched online and several other customers have also been denied as well. This compnay seems to have a bad business practice and the public must know about it. I bought the products through ecost.com and, when I called, they said they can not help. I have no other option but to never buy from Ecost or any product from Mac Speed again since they do not support their customers.
