    I bought a Trio Stealth G2 tablet in May because I'm a software developer and needed to test some Android software I was working on.  I used it a few times until one time when I tried to turn it on and the off/on switch stopped working.  I called the number listed in their documentation and talked to a woman who gave me an RA number and told me she would send return instructions in an email.  I never received the email so I called back and the man who answered put me on hold and when he returned he said she had computer problems that day.  He said he would have to reissue the RA, but that their warranty doesn't cover physical damage and I would need to pay shipping both ways and send them $25.00 and they would "see if they could fix it."  When I got upset about that he began speaking spanish to me.  I said "what?" and he said "Oh, I forgot." and hung up.

    The warranty says "This warranty shall not apply if the product is modified, tampered with, misused, physically damaged, or subjected to abnormal working conditions (including, but not limited to, electrical, fire, and water damage)."  I assumed that meant if the unit was dropped or otherwise physically damaged.  This clearly didn't apply.

All attempts to clear this up have failed.
