Magellan GPS Sold an eXplorist 350H, supposed to have DigitalGlobe satellite imagery capability. Have to use VantagePoint software program to load on 350H. VP will NOT run on WIN 10, tried it on Win 7 and Win XP, locked up ALL computers and would NOT download DigitalGlobe files. Worked with Tech Support ,non-english speaking as first language over VOIP service, and NEVER got it working. DO NOT BUY THEIR JUNK! BUY A GARMIN UNIT THAT WORKS! NOT THIS MICKEY MOUSE CRAP!! No support, personnel were unprepared, can't make unit work, won't resolve issue and buy the junk back.  They are in capable of the simplest requests, took three phone calls in an hour to get the VP OFF my computers.  Have thus far refused to have a Supervisor contact me.
