magicJack dishonest billing Internet, Internet

MJ stopped my phone service that I had paid for until May 20,  2013 because they billed me wrong for a couple of mj+'s I had ordered last year and by the time they figured it out and tried to bill me for the 2nd mj+ my cc had expired. So I paid for the second mj+ that they had forgotten to bill me for last year, they then changed the phone number on my phone service that was already paid for and they had terminated. Now I have phone service w/ mj again but a new phone number that I never asked for. I had had my phone number for over 3 years and it was my only phone. Now my bank, mortgage company, family and nearly everyone has no way to call me. I do not want this new number, I have had dialing issues with mj since the number switch. It dialed Australia on its own by combining numbers in my address book. I do not even use the computer screen to dial from.
I was told to allow 24 hours to have my old number back, so I refrained from confusing people with this new number I had no intentiom of keeping anyway. It has been 7 days since this ordeal began and over 10 hours dealing with MJ "help". Do not expect to ever see your number again. They just say it is being worked on but will never answer my question of what the hold up is, or when or even if my number will ever be restored any more. I was very patient due to the three day week end even though the 24 hours I was told to allow for number restoration had already passed. I am filing complaint with bbb(Ymax Corp. FLORIDA) as magicjack seems to treat them decently  as 9 out of 10 people who filed complaints there have accepted their resolution.

All I wanted was my phone number restored to my previous magicjack number. It should have never been changed to begin with! Why is this so hard for them to do!
