Purchased Magicjack Plus after being informed that you pay for the device and service first year ($69.99), then just $29.99/yr each year after.  But after first year, they are not letting me renew.  So im stuck with a useless $40.00 Majicjack box that cant be renewed or reused.   false advertising.  Fraudulent claims in order to induce sales.  if i had known it would not be renewed at the advertised $29.99/year, would not have purchased.

Customer service (by online Chat only) simply repeats "your account is under review, you must wait for a response by email."

Various products sold by the company PCPhoneSoft that work in conjunction with the MagicJack VoIP software require a serial number check after purchase to activate. Advance America Robin Miller, Robert Miller My husband applied for a loan thru Advance America, & we received an E-Mail back from this Robin Miller. We called the telephone # provided in the E-Mail #786-462-4610 & it was a voicemail. No name of Company, just said this MagicJack costumer is not available. We did not leave a message, just hung up. As soon as we hung up, they called us. We asked if their was any upfront money required & Robin Miller said no. But when it came down to it, he said there would be a financial background check done & we would have to put an insurance amount of some kind up & we said no, hung up & he called back twice.
