Major Enterprises, Inc. run by Arthur Van der Vant and Joanna Van der Vant have been lying to their agents for the past several months and not paying out tens of thousands of dollars in commission checks that they owe to their honest agents.

Do not deal with these thieves and liars if you are in any real estate transaction.

Many hard working agents have tried numerous times to receive their commission checks and have been given the runaround by both Arthur and Joanna. From lies about being in meetings, out of town, etc, calls are never returned nor are emails.

Because of the tough recession, closing a deal is few and far between and we are all relying heavily on our commission checks to support our families.  Art and Joanna are withholding these checks, probably because they are going to claim bankruptcy or its paying for their other real estate development deals that have fallen through.  In either case they are using our money and not their own.  He's an expert in bankruptcy, so don't be surprised if they take all the commission checks and claim bankruptcy for the business...obviously screwing over their agents in the process.

Many agents have also tried to go through the correct procedure to move to a more reputable real estate broker, but they have cause issues with agents trying to quit with Major Enterprises and Art Van der Vant.

If you are an Realtor with Major Enterprises, DO NOT close any more deals with them, they will NOT PAY YOUR COMMISSION CHECK.  Quit now and let's go after these bastards for trying to rip off hard, honest working people in their company.
