This broker makes excuses just to get you off the phone and to get you to keep working your current deals just so he can collect the commission and make more excuses why he hasn't gotten around to paying his agent's earned commissions.

Then he writes his agent agreements that lawyers laugh at. He basically demands your first born child somewhere in paragraph 33 and then says that if you need to sue him, you must pay his attorney's fees! He laughs at the fact that agents actually sign his agreements.

At some point a judge is going to declare his agent agreement null (whether an agent signed it or not). His agreements are actually harmful. He'll be forced to abide by the law eventually when a judge forces specific action.... but like the previous complaint, that will probably be AFTER he files for bankruptcy and leaves everyone holding the bag.

He'd better leave town after that.

yes good broker should know real estate market comes back, reputations do not. this is no way to go out burning your agents. You'll have defamed yourself indefinitely. So there would be no need to sue anybody for defamation.

pay agents in a timely manner. cut the excuses, cut the crap, no one believes you - or they wouldn't be reading this.
