Malibu Trust Company RIP OFF - THIEFS Santa Rosa California

Well after reading all the other reports on this company i must say that I am another victim. I was contacted by Lucinda Donnely on 11/23/04. She said that I have been approved for a $5,000 loan. She said that I would first need a co-signer or $990.00 for a basic insurance due to my bad credit. I decided to do the $990.00. She said that I would get the $990.00 back after I make on time payments for 6 months. At the time I couldn't send her the money right away so I told her if it was OK that I sent the money the following Friday so she said that she would ask the insurance company to make sure that is was OK.

She called me back that it was OK. She gave me the name of the insurance agent which was Joshua Denoit in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The following Friday I went to Money gram and did my transfer. I called Lucinda right away and gave her my reference number.

On Monday I get a call from Lucinda that the insurance company is asking for another $993.61 because I took so long to send the $990.00 for the basic insurance. She said that the insurance company was reary and that they wanted more money. I was so desperate is getting the $5,000 loan to pay off some bills that I sent them another money gram for $993.61.

Lucinda Donnely said that I would have the $5,000 in my account in 24 hours. After 24 hours I looked in my account and nothing. I called Lucinda numerous times and no answer. She would never pick up the phone or return any of my messages. I am very hurt that I have become a victim of such a terrible crime.

I want this company to pay for everything that they have done. I want everybody that have become victims of this company to get justice and get every cent of their money back. If anybody knows of anyway that we can get our money back please let me know. I am so lost with this. I don't know what else to do.
