Malibu Trust Company ripoff Santa Rosa California

I was contacted by this company that said I was approved for 20,000 loan said all I had to do was send in 1367 for basic insurance since i did not have a cosigner. I sent in the money said they did a more extensive research on my credit and said i have to go with the premium insurance and said I have to send in the premium which I was short by 1000 dollars then said the company decided not to lend me the money and that they have contacted another company with a higher loan of 24000 a lower interest rate a lower payment but their premium is 3450.

I finish sending in my last payment to this company for the premium amount I have not seen a dime yet.
