Marc Associates Elton Marcus Promised to sell my property within two years or he would buy the mortgage. He has renters living in the property, but yet has not paid the mortage in three years. Elton has been stashing the money in Tamoa, Florida

I wanted to get rid of some property 6 years ago. I found Marc Associates and Elton Marcus agreed to take my property and he said that he would sell my property within 2 years, he would hold the deed and I would still hold the mortgage. Well I guess I was stupid to give my deed to Elton  believing in his promise, When this was my rental property to begin with. Its been 6 years now and I still hold the mortgage and he still holds the deed. There have been renters in the property that have paid over $20,000 to Elton, Elton has not paid the mortgage in over 2 years and has taken out a second mortgage on the property over $15,000, now I owe the bank twice as much money. Elton Marcus is a crook. I contacted Elton asking for the deed back and he laughed and told me to go read the fine print. Elton has destroyed my credit. I have an Attorney now and I will fight him until he STOPS doing this to people.
