Marc Associates purchased the home than never made mortgage payments. They have a renter living in this home, who has been paying Marc Associates. But no pymnts have been made. Tampa, Florida

We got behind on our mortgage payment and almost foreclosured on, so we decided to sell our home to Marc Associates.  We did the closing and thought everything was completed, intill we find out we are still the owners of the house.

After a few months of the sell, Marc Associates stop paying the mortgage so the bank contacts us and we contact Marc Associates.  I call and speak to Elton Marcus (the owner) and he tells me he doesn't have the money for the house so I need to pay it.

I contacted a lawyer and payments were made  Now today, I received a letter in the mail that I had to sign for.  It was from my mortgage bank and they tell me we are 18 months behind on the mortgage and it will be forclosed on.

There is a older family living in this home paying Marc Associates and Marc Associates is not paying the bank.  So these renters will be pushed out of this home knowing nothing and our credit goes down the toliet.

do not use Marc Associates, they are dishonest and horrible people.
