Marc R Tow & Associates I contacted Marc R. Tow in 6/2/09 for Loan Mod. It is now 10/21/09 but never heard a word from them. Until now, I have not heard a word from them and they continue to ignore me. Newport Beach, California

I went to Marc R Tow & Associates on 6/2/09 to apply for Loan Modification Program.  At that time, there was an office in Anaheim with Korean speaking staff and because my parents are monolingual they received help from the Korean speaking staff.  Few months later, we did not hear anything and my parent went to the Anaheim office in person.  There was no sign by the office and office door was completely closed.  My parent kept waiting and a person finally came out and stated that there is some internal issues within the company and she will no longer be with Marc R Tow.  She stated that she will submit the paper work to the main office in Newport and my parents went to the Newport office about 2 months after 6/2/09.  I submitted all the documents becuase they stated that they lost the previous ones.  Since August until now, my parents went to the Newport office two times and they sent them back home with no answer.  I made an appointment to see them in person to discuss about the process and they called me and calceled the meeting due to family emergency.  Then they scheduled a phone conference with me but canceled twice with me.  I called and emailed numerous times and still no answer.  Every time I call them, staff name, Sarah, tells me that they are now talking to the lender and will call me back but never does.  My parents paid $2000 in the beginning and paid another $1800.

I would like to have a full refund if nothing has been proceed until now plus the damages that was made to me.
