I met Mark Saenz through a friend in 2005. He is a nice looking plesant guy. He started telling me about a deal that he had made lots of money on through a joint venture. (I have a copy of it but cannot print it online). He also approached me about a house that he owned and asked me to buy it from him. He said that he was going to use the monies to purchase other Real Estate and he would buy the house back from me in two months. He also said that he would take care of all the taxes, house payments and insurance on the house (I have all this in writting from him). The house has been in my name for more than a year and he hass stopped making payments on the house. I am going to loose the house to foreclosure. The bank calles me relentlessly about the payment.
I have called and e-mailed Mark hundreds of times and he will not return my call. I thought that he was my friend. Watch out for him! I have since spoked to several others that he has ripped off. Watch out for his bait and switch scams! He took my money and several others monies and purchased a 1,300,000 house in Manor with a huge pool and all the ammenities. Hopefully what goes around will come around.

UPDATE on Mark Saenz. This con-man has drug me around for more than two years with his promises to get me out of the fraudlent induced mess that he lured me into. I have now lost a property to foreclosure because of Mark. He promised and promised to make things right and never did. He first told me that he was a mortgage lender (lie) and then he asked me to put a house in my name for two months and he would then put it back in his and he would let me sell the property. (Lie) After selling the property to me, I found out that the property had five liens against it for contractors that Mark Saenz NEVER paid! I could not sell the property! It was tied up for two years with liens and still is. Now the bank has foreclosed on the property. I have turned Mark and another person in for mortgage fraud and I am going to sue him next. PLEASE call me before you buy a property from him or do any business with him! He will take your money and run! BEWARE of him!!!!!
