Marketing 4 Sunset Group my premier vacations; cancun calling misleading and refusing refund Cancun, Internet

Marketing 4 Sunset Group called us with what sounded like a great vacation package.  They told us they were with Westjet which made us trust a little more.  (We later found out they have no connection with Westjet).  We purchased a package with them.  That night we looked up their website and realized the package did not include everything we thought.  With the add ons it was out of our price range so we called the company back to ask that the package be cancelled and we get a refund. 

They have been horrible to deal with.  They are refusing to return calls.  They will not talk about their return policy.  They have hung up on my husband.  We are not allowed to deal with anyone but the original agent that sold us the package.  He conviently is always out of the office or on another call when we call (but yet if you call after 5 pm he just left).  They have traded our package to a different one and now are trying to get us to sign a contract saying that 'I have chosen to modify my vacation package.  I an content with keeping my vacation to cancun'.  None of this true!

They are taking our money for a trip we cannot use.  (yes, they actually offered to cancel the package and not refund any money).  I hope others are not taken in by this company.  They are a nightmare to deal with.
