Welcome.
As a former Marten employee of 24 months i feel it is my duty to make some friendly notes. Make sure you read between the lines. Things that restrict your ability to earn an exceptional salary are many; Things like lack of communication between departments, week-end dispatchers,Duh, maintenance departments with attitudes, and very very controlled work environments, which don't blend themselves to good ol' $65,000 years.
