Marten Transportation Screwed by Marten Ex-employee, they black-balled me now can't get into trucking Mondovi Wisconsin

I was one of those drivers that had to give up a truck and given one of those mid-roofs that was sold. I made a lot of waves because this truck was unsafe for long haul (it was a local truck). I was on time with all my loads, I had one accident $3,300 in damages, was terminated and now my DAC as Marten reported "Safety Risk" so I am unable to get a job.

I filed for Unemployment in my state Marten protested the claim, I filed a Appeal still can't get umemployment.

I had to call a tow truck at the Coors yard in Golden, CO Marten put down that I was stuck "Off-Road" little did I know and wasn't told that will be counted as a "Preventable Accident". It had rained earlier in the day and I was stuck in a puddle (I didn't use a ruler to check the depth of the puddle) after being stuck, doing everything from looking for rocks then after 4 1/2 hrs I called Marten they called the tow truck (Coors had a ready number for the towing service) moved me 3 inches.

I hit a snow bank while getting into a spot and took off the bottom step, I reattached the step. Marten once again said this was a "Preventable Accident" (little did I know) "Hitting a Solid Object" this too is on my DAC.

I was 5 days from being with Marten six months, so I had to pay back the Hotel and travel to Marten.

My name is shot to heck and I am unable to get any type of job because of what Marten put on DAC.

BTW: I have been driving close to 3 1/2 yrs when this happened.
If you currently work for Marten good for you. I would put you down but becareful because it can happen to you too! then you might feel like a fool saying good things and backing them if you get screwed by them. I really enjoyed my driving with them now I am eating my words.
