You are mistaken, I was the owner of that Malibu and you clearly did not go through a process of payment otherwise you would have paperwork and my car. Grow up or have your credit in line and $20,00 for a top level dealership. Thanks.

 Seriously Daniel, why would anyone believe you, your Dad, Tamara or anybody else with the Ziegler name? You're a notorious liar as is your whole entire family. You once posted that I needed to get a "hobby" but see Daniel, I work a farm. I probably do more work by NOON than you and Marvin and Tamara put together do in a month. And at least what I do is honest.

Here's the bottom line: I personally know of about eight people who were most definitely ripped off by your Dad. Tamara's no angel either ok? You can sit there and deny it and lie and make excuses but there's many of us who know the REAL truth. You're nothing but con and rip off artists and Tamara actually has the pathetic nerve to hide behind God. Her bible quotes and religious phoniness were hilarious, given what I know about her. Someday maybe you'll grow up and mature enough to realize what's been done to good and decent people by Marvin/Tamara has been very wrong. You know, once you're out of third grade and living somewhere other than Mommy and Daddy's basement. I'll never let it go either and will post and rehash this every opportunity I'm given. No way will I ever forgive and forget what they did to us and I wholeheartedly believe this man's house was trashed and he lost money because of your family. That's what you all do. Financially ruin people for your own pathetic gain. Karma's a b***h, it seriously is. You know that saying "What goes around, comes around?" I've lived long enough to know it's FACT. This man is a blatant liar. First off, Daniel Ziegler never lived in this house and was not on the lease.

Second, when Marvin and Tamara left the house, it was in much better shape than when it was first leased. They spent nearly 600 dollars the 3rd month for AC repairs because the landlord refused to have it repaired. Also, many other repairs were performed such as cabinet hinges and fixtures, AC ductwork leaks in the attic, 3 door frame repairs because one side of the house was sinking, and lots of paint. Third, the landlord is exagerrating the facts.

He could not afford the mortgage on the house and was using the rent every month to pay it. When Marvin and Tamara got divorced and were late the last 2 months, the landlord threatened to sue and post his fabricated story on the internet. Three months were never owed. It was one month and that was never paid due to the oustanding repair bills he owed the tenants.

He is one of those people that go out of their way to burn you and evryone you know for someting as dumb as late rent.
