Massage Envy Unprofessional business practice Jacksonville Florida

 I cancelled my yearly membership in May and was told I would have one more draft in June to complete my contract. I  was fine with this as I was also told that I could use remaining credits until the end of the month of the termination date which was July. This gave me a month and half to use up 3hrs. I called to set up my appt on July 24 as July 31 was the last date I could use the time and was told my "membership was terminated as of July 2 and all leftover credits & file was removed from the computer"

When I asked for my file to be pulled I was also told "I sorry your file is purged, then as I explained what was told to me in May about having my last draft in June for end date of July 31, 2013, and I was then put on hold again and told "your file is in the managers office". Very unprofessional and unethical in my opinion. I would not recommend this company in any of their locations, but instead find a regular spa and get a massage.
