Massage Envy is a rip-off.  If you can't make it there every month, they make it sound like you can easily transfer your credits to a friend to use. They don't mention the $10 fee or the limitations on the credits that can be transferred.  Then when you try to cancel your policy, they won't let you use your stored up credits even though you've faithfully paid for them every month.  They totally hassle you when you want to cancel and make you speak to a "cancellation specialist" who gives you the bad news about what happens when you cancel and tries to keep you enrolled.  They make it painful to go to other locations and won't let you change your home location.  After my last massage, they literally chased me outside in the parking lot to collect $18 because my home location refused to transfer a 30 min credit to the other location for my friend that went with me and used my credits.  It was humiliating and ruined my relaxed mood because when I called the home location, they would only transfer a 60 min credit and not a 90 min credit and even the manager refused (I had over 7 hours in unused credits).  This was the last straw because frankly, many of the therapists are not even that good!!  Just not worth it.
