Massage Envy Rip Off New Orleans Louisiana

When I first went to Massage Envy it was on my birthday in 2011.  They forgot I was there and I had an appointment, that should have been a sign.  I had my massage and of course I got it free.  I was talked into signing a contract, every month other month my massage theraphist cancelled on me giving me free services.  At the end of my contract, I told them I would not renew and at the time I was owed 3 services.  My credit card had to be renewed, at the time I did not give them my new info because they owed me and I was not happy with the services.  I talked to the manager serveral times, I wrote to the home office.  Massage Envy called me serveral times to bully me into renewing my contract, I went to the location a spoke to someone in person cancelling my contract and each time I explained the situation to them.  They seem to leave me alone.  I was notified of in 2015 that I was in collections for the cost of a new contract when I didn't sign a new contract.
