Massage Envy Saving my debit Card on File and Charging it without my CONSENT Sacamento California

I was an "add-on" to my boyfriends account. I had signed a liability waiver but do not remember signing any sot of contract, nor did we get any copies of the "contract" he had signed. I had used my debit card there one time to pay for the rest of my service and leave a tip.

When my boyfriends card didn't process they called me for some reason and asked if I had a new card. I of course told them it was not I that was paying and that my boyfriend had added me on and he was suppose to pay. When I talked to him he said he never got a call or voicemail or anything, even though they had his information also.

I told the lady that they should contact him and get it fixed up. She told me that if they didn't get a hold of him or a new card they would call me in a few days. I said that was fine. I did not recieve any call. Instead they charged my debit card without my consent,   which to me is outrageous because they had obviously saved my debit card number and information! 

I felt a complete violation of privacy because they obviously kept my card on file even though I was not suppose to be the one paying for the monthly use! This is also illegal as it was an unauthorized charge,
