Last week I had a 3 hour break from work.  I had a kink in my neck and my lower back was aching.  I decided to try Massage Green Spa in Frandor.  They had a new customer pricing for a 1 hour massage for $29.95.  The environment was beautiful, calming as well as relaxing.  They had an available therapist names Colton. 

 Colton did a fantastic job.  I am not one to get a massage,  but I left the room feeling relaxed and my muscles weren't tight.  I paid the introductory price and tipped Colton $20.00.  The front desk tried upselling me into a monthly subscription plan.  $69.95 to be a member, and you would receive one massage each month.  I declined this membership.  I don't have the time or need for it.  Not to mention, $69.95 for 1 massage is quite pricey when I can get one from a stand alone parlor for 20 bucks cheaper.  He asked if I wanted to schedule another appointment.  I declined this as well. 

I received a voicemail on Tuesday, March 16th 2015 that I had missed my scheduled appointment with Colton. I knew that I hadn't scheduled this appointment for one and 2. I am not in the greater Lansing area on Tuesday's.  I didn't think much else about the voicemail until the following day.  While I was doing my online banking, there was a charge for $29.95 from Tuesday, March 17th.  I am furious that they stored my debit card without my permission and that they charged me for services not rendered. 

I found Yelp reviews where others' have had to deal with this same nightmare.  This is identity theft as defined by the state of Michigan.  I plan on filing a complaint with the State Police because someone illegally/fraudulently used my debit card.
