Kim, who I have personally witnessed purchasing narcotic medications from her daughter, "hired" her two daughters (and one of their boyfriends) to work in the office. She's usually drunk or high, and much of the same can be said for her daughters. Melissa (director of member services, and Kim's younger daughter) has absolutely no matchmaking experience, but she definitely has a criminal record! It includes multiple OWI convictions, MIP, and probation violations for driving on a suspended license! She isn't attending college, but spends most of her free time and all of her money at the bars in downtown Grand Rapids. She also owes THOUSANDS of dollars to various financial institutions and individuals. The business is a scam, and it's run by a family full of con artists.
