I met with Kimberly Kanoza the owner of Michigan match on 9-10-2016. She interviewed me at length, asked about my preferences and wrote down my net worth. She assured me  repeatedly that she had a large number of professional men available in my income range (even several ‘millionaire’s’), at my education level, and within the distance that I was willing to drive to meet a match,  and that she would likely find the man I would marry within  no more than 3 matches.

She left the room and collected 8 matches she in detail. Each of them were “tall, handsome, made well over 6 figures, were highly educated and very successful in professional jobs. She promised me I could select from the 8 matches and could get started meeting the man of my dream in just a few days. I paid $1995 for the membership based on her promises.

I never received 8 matches from which to select from, rather, I received only one who did not meet my criteria. He had ‘some college’ and was very angry that he had been asked to consider a match two hours away when his distance parameter was only 30 miles. He had no interest in a relationship with a woman so far away. When I complained, I was finally given another match who also didn’t meet my parameters and then on October 27, 2016 I received an email stating “We do not have a satisfactory match for you this month.”

Matchmaker Michigan has not delivered anything that it has promised. I hired an attorney to send a letter and they are hiding behind the wording on a contract letter they have you sign when they lie and take your $2000 dollars. I am taking them to small claims court. This is just plain wrong to lie and feed on single people looking for love.

I came to their service for a like match. They verbally promised a match with the same income, education and professional characteristics. They shared 8 matches that supposedly met that criteria but never offered those matches to me. They ignored my calls and emails to discuss the matter. Something needs to be done about this unethical company.
