Mate1.com This service charged me $52 for a service I did not sign up for. I have called several times only to be ignored. I was told I would get my money back. No luck... now their going to charge me $30 to cancell for a service I did not enroll in. I am on disability and have a low income. Im at my ends right now and they took money I dont have. They actually took GOVERNMENT money from me. Please help me. New York New York

I did not sign up with this service. My disability check is just enough for me to get by. By the end of the month I'm lucky if I have $20 left. They charged me $52 for something I did not sign up for . Now their going to charge me $30 to cancellation. I contacted them and after several attempts I still have not been reimbursed. I'm on disability and the way I look at it they embezzled government money. They have no right to do this to me. I have to check my account every day!! All I want is money back. $82 is a lot of money to be taken from me. I even wasn't able to get my grandchildren anything for Christmas now. I have no idea where to turn now to get help. Please if there is anyone out there who can help me is would be very appreciative. I'm at my ends!!!
