Matt Carter Longwood Inc, Auto Marketing Systems Unsolicited sales calls in response to an online Vehicle Ad I placed online. Internet

I placed an ad on Autotrader and the next week began receiving calls from "Matt Carter" at Longwood Inc. I never talked in person he just left messages. They were the same as all the other messages people have received from people at Longwood Inc. "Yada Yada we have a buyer interested in your car..."

I did call the number back before I Googled the information and found these reports. The number takes you to Auto Marketing Systems. When I said I was returning a call from Matt Carter their was a period of dead silence like she had no idea who that was. Then she said that they work together and that she could help me and started asking for my information so she could look up his notes.

After giving her my phone number she still needed to ask me the other details about the car I was selling.

I was offered the $249 fee that guaranteed to sell my car at my asking price or I would get a refund. But since they already have a buyer for my car I qualified for the discounted rate of $149 but doesn't come with a guarantee.

What a joke. The only people that seem to know of this company are the people they are selling cars whom they are trying to scam out of $249.
