Mattress Giant rip-off by rude nasty sales lady Auburn Massachusetts

When we went to pick up our mattress and box spring (term boxspring used loosely, there were no springs) our sales lady Melissa, was so rude to my husband, he asked her if he had done something wrong because she was so nasty.

80 hours later I called the company because the boxspring we did not need for my daughter bed. I was told after 72 hours there are no returns. So instead of calling Sunday at 5 PM I called Monday at 10:15 AM. Whats the difference?

She called me back and told me she would except the return, but she needed to be present to inspect the boxspring, since we took it out of the package. We could be bringing this to Melissa on a silver platter and she would still be nasty and rude.

I called the better business bureau and filed a complaint with them and apparently I wasn't the only one who has had several problems with mattress Giant.
