Mattress Giant rip-off! They took total payment delivered faulty bed post and board and will not replace. Columbia Maryland

They committed fraud by taking my money, delivering faulty head board, stealing away the box and being unresponsive to my complaint. This information is being made available to you July 13, 2004 at2pm est

Why? because Thomas and Andrew at Mattress Giant laughed, the regional manager sent delivery people to look for damage but not replace the faulty head board as he had indicated on the phone while he was at the Columbia, Maryland Matress Giant. Also, because the contact number to Ms. Chantay and the others at that Delaware number can not process complaints and thus are reluctant to share the Delaware complaint customer service and nor is the number toll-free.

As a resolve Mattress Giant said they would replace the faulty head board sold to me in fraud if, then, I should take apart the bed, transport the faulty head board to the Columbia, Maryland store and take as replacement the exhibition floor model. Why can't you bring the replacement head board, and remove the faulty fraud object?
