Maximus Inc Making money off the backs of children! Memphis, Tennessee

This involves case ID#XXXXXX and collection failure to collect court ordered child support and failure to enforce court order after 2 years of contact in person. On June 1, 2009 this company was contacted regarding my case and nonpayment of child support. There have been no enforcement actions taken against Charles Davis Crosby xx Branford, Florence, SC 29505 for failing to provide court ordered child support or court ordered health insurance; therefore failing terms of collection and contract. As of this date, nothing has been collected by Maximus Inc., no investigation has been conducted (other than information that I have provided to them), and no enforcement action against the party. I was assured that the Operations Manager would handle my case personally. His name is Chuck Roberts. As of this date, it has not happened. I receive no return phone calls, letters, etc. Nothing has been collected and a warrant for the arrest of the obligor has not been enforced. Also no action has been taken for violation of federal law against his employer  W. Terrance Williams xx Bull Street, Columbia, SC 29201 for failing to withold court ordered insurance.Severe financial harm has been caused to my daughter.
