I am in the process now of working with my bank to get back 2 charges that where made fradulently to my account by Mazumah at www.mipayment.biz with a customer service number of 800-800-4923. One in the amount of $19.95 that cleared on 8/17/07 and one in the amount of $39.90 that cleared on 9/11/07. As a quick solution to this I have been forced to close the bank account in question. I am very interested in participating in any legal recourse.
