Mazumah Mipayment.biz Stole Money from My Checking Account Using Fraudulant Electronic Checks Internet

I monitor my money accounts and, therefore, discovered that a mysterious electronic check had posted to my checking account on 8/27/07 for $59.85. I tried to contact the company using the phone number appearing on the check to find out why the charge had posted. No response.

The next electronic check posted on 9/17/07 in the amount of $39.90. I tried to contact the company from their website: mipayment.biz. No response.

Today, I discovered a third electronic check had posted two days ago, 09/25/07, in the amount of $19.95. I researched the company on the Internet and found that many other people have been ripped off by this "company." In the past two hours, I've had to close my checking account, report the fraud to my bank (Bank of America), and now I have to arrange to have my automatic deposits and payments switched to my new account.

I will say that Bank of America has provided excellent customer service to help me resolve this nightmare. Within an hour of reporting the fraud to the bank, my money was refunded and they called for more details in order to further investigate this scam artist.

I would like to see the person(s) responsible for these thefts caught and put in prison. I will help in any way I can.
