I purchased lunch at McDonald's, and when I returned to my office, found that the game pieces on one of the food packages were missing. Since I KNOW I didn't remove them, they could only have been removed by a McDonald's employee.
I called McDonald's corporate office, and they are sending me two new game pieces. I don't care about the game pieces. But I wonder if a staff person has been able to figure out, from the outside, which pieces are winning pieces. Did I lose a large prize?
I'd be interested to hear if this is happening at other McDonalds restaurants. Someone should file a class-action lawsuit to stop this practice. If McDonalds can't police its employees, it shouldn't run a promotion like this.

Whatever

We, the crew members, don't have any ways of knowing what's underneath the stickers. Personally, I believe it's all in luck. Besides we, or any of our families can win monopoly.

It fell off...

I used to work at Mcd's and we all hated the monopoly promotion...let me say this though, no employee stole your piece, and it is doubtful you won.
From my own working experinces, I know for a fact that the pieces can rip off when handled (such as stocking the bin). Its not uncommon... also employees have tons of access to the pieces, everytime somone returns a soda, or a sandwhich they 'we' messed up, the piece gets thrown out. We would then rip them off... trust me, they aint winning, and neither did you.
Im sure your piece just fell off, dont accuse workers of such actions, its no conspiracy...it most likely just fell off.

Holy Cow!

contact the KGB, CIA, FBI, AARP, IBEW, any other acronymed association you can think of. This is a scandal of EPIC proportions! Our country's economy teeters on the brink if this is not rectified immediately.
Wow-it's hard to type a rebuttal that's funnier than this ridiculous complaint. Are you Charles under another alias?

Employees can't win

In the official rules it states that employees can't win, nor can they give the pieces to someone else to win. Immediate family members of employees can't win as well, along with employees of the other companies that are "participants" in the promotion.
The FBI got enough evidence to indict 51 people last time they figured out a way to obtain the prizes - including the grand prize winner(s).
