I am an international student at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU). I am also a student of Kings College in London and Adelaide in Australia. I also have access to Henrico community library. Somewhere mid-December, 2016, I saw a strange deduction in my account as follows:
Mediazenn.com 888- Montreal, Can. S586338180598180. Card 2534. $39.99.
I immediately went to the website and noticed that, they had a few of my details but not all which was strange to me because, before I will sign up for something online, I would have to provide all my particulars. I however went on to stop the recuring order. I also called their customer care service the next day. The lady who spoke to me said that, I went to their site and signed up for a 14-day free trial which I did not. According to her, they provide on-line library resources and I was wondering how I could go and subscribe to an online library services when I have not finished exhausting the library resources of VCU, Kings College, Adelaide in Australia and the Henrico public library. I told her is there not a way to verify if I have ever been to their site before because I have never visited their site. She told me the only option available is for a half refund. I rejected it and pushed for a full refund. Later, she told me because I have checked the terms and conditions on their web site (which I am innocent of), even if I bring a lawyer, it will go against me so it is either I accept the half refund or I lose everything. I rejected the half refund and did not really know what I should do to this day when I saw that I can complain on ripoff and possibly, there could be an action taken against these crooks in the system. The only action I took back in the days was to change my card details and reset my laptop since I suspected that its intergrity has been compromised.
This is the second report I am putting out here. I wish someone would be willing to provide a free legal services so we can take these crooks on. I only want my full refund back. The damages to be awarded by the court will all go to the brave lawywer who would wish to fight this crooks for the American society.

I just went through a problem of Media Zenn I was signing up for to watch Queen Movie. After i gave my Credit Card. it Switched me by redirecting the site to MediaLeep, right after giving Credit Card

Tuesday October 30th I was online and it show a site Mediazenn that had the new Freddy Mercury Movie and to watch it Sign up here. So I went to sign in gave my card number and info. All of a sudden after you have given your card number and info, the site redirects to another site entirely. "Media leep".
So I tried to call the number on the page . No sound at all . no ring or busy signal or anything just blank. So I canceled right away. But it still tok $2.99. after ripping thousands off at $2.99 Plus it was shown that the money was to be for a charity . But when I called to get it back because of the Fraud and False Pretences that your suposed to be signing with a company that has the movies i want to see but no it is something they did not show ounce before saying sign here for the movie site but your going to be redirected to give to a Charityand you don't get to sign up if you don't give.
More like extortion. When I told the guy on the phone when I finaly found a number to reach them. I want the $2.99 back , because I will give it to a charity I know will get it. With you guys and your deceptions . I don't beleive that they will actually give all the $2.99 that they weasel out of everyone. Not much for a single . but as thousands . it's quit a bit..
When I told the guy I want it back . He argued and said it was a sign up fee. After it was really supposed to be for a charity. Scam Artist. We got to put a stop to these people that rip off hard earned money and are creating fraud. should be caught and thrown you know where.
