Medical Alert Buyers Alliance Unauthorized credit card charge & won't honor documented "100% equipment buyback" Odenton, Maryland Maryland (Internet)

This man, Glen Chumley - Medical Alert Buyers Alliance - has a history of complaints with the BBB and State Attorney General's office similar to my experience. In dealing with my 90 year old mother, he made an unauthorized charge to her crdit card, wouldn't respond timely to request to discontinue service, and did not honor a written 100% guaranteed equipment buyback for $100 (and he even signed for the eqquipment when it was returned)!
I have filed a complaint with the BBB and they also got NO RESPONSE from him...so, they have sent him a written notice to remove the BBB online logo from his website.
I have also filed a complaint with the Maryland Attorney General's office and they have contact him via letter to respond to my complaint. So far, no response!
There are other posts/blogs on the Internet from unhappy customers with the same complaints. DO YOUR RESEARCH AND THINK TWICE BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY!! IF you succeed in talking to him via telephone, he is rude and unintimidated by threats of BBB and Attorney General complaints.
I believe this is a husband/wife team selling equipment and subcontracted monitoring service out of their apartment in Odenton, Maryland. INterestingly enough, another web site with a Florida mailing address has a link to this same company...so DON't be fooled!
