MEDVANCE INSTITUTE FORTIS INSTITUTE False Advertisement: Nonqualified teachers, nonclinical classes, teachers sick, teachers date students, Classes without Clinical Content, Did not find exernships for both daughters and then dropped Nashville, Tennessee

    Non-clinical classes, Unqualified Teachers, Classes without Clinical Content, Teachers date students, Teachers were out sick alot, Medvance did not find both daughters externship then dropped them as students because they could not find externships themselves causing both daughters to be in debt, jobless and no certification.  Both daughters had straight A's.  MedVance tricked us into thinking they were qualified. 

False Advertisement.  Now they are in debt, one daughter is jobless, the other daughter found her own job, both daughters have evidence of false advertisement.  The school offered to allow the girls to retake the classes at no charge.  As a parent, I denied this because the classes were not qualified and a JOKE. 

Don't be fooled.  They will get you the financial aide but the classes will not have clinical except for the first one which is from a doctor.  All other teachers were sick, dated students, complained throughout class time about student they were dating, teachers were not prepared to teach the classes and gave students non-clinical tests about lipstick and non important factors.  Teacher would not show up for class or were late.  

Now my girls are in debt with no certificate because they dropped my girls for not finding their own externship. The only jobs the school would find are jobs from uncleanliness companies, far distances away.  We are looking for an attorney.  Sarelson Law Firm has a law suit in FL at 305-379-0305 but are only taking people in FL.  We are looking for a lawfirm in TN to take this case.  Refer to Case No. 2010-CA-26146 (13 Students sued Medvance on Monday, Jan 2).  They are starting another lawsuit.
