MedVance - Medvance Institute Did not Teach Classes paid for, Did not find Internship, Dropped Me as a Student because I didnt' have an Intern position anywhere, Stated that I had to take classes all over again and go back to Fina Nashville Tennessee

The classes started out great with an MD/Professor teaching.  Dr. Molina was the only qualified teacher.  My sister and I attended the same classes to get our Certificate as a Medical Assistant.  We were straight A students.  As we progressed into the next classes, everything went downhill with the teachers not being qualified.  The teachers did not teach the classes we were expecting to get taught.  Instead, they spent the whole time talking about other students, teachers were dating students who never attended school classes but passed with flying colors.  We passed every test with an A.  We paid a lot of money to get taught qualified medical content classes.  Some tests appeared to be made up as last minute.  Many of the classes were on a  

Healthcare Facilities and Business:  Didn't learn anything.  Teacher put students on a computer while she texting on her phone.  She wore inappropriate clothing to class.  Yet she would yell at us for not wearing the scrubs correctly or for wearing a sweater over our scrubs. She also had a nose piercing but yelled. 

Keyboarding: Nothing was learned.  Already knew the content from high school.  Teacher was fired after we left the school.  Teacher gave a last minute test asking about lipstick and makeup and inappropriate questions that didn't pertain to our field.    

EKG Technique and Applications:  Spent the whole time taking BP on eachother for the whole class period and nothing else. 

CPT/ICD9 Coding Class (Teacher got fired):  Nothing was taught.  We had to read out of the book.  That was it. 

Labs:  We were assigned to a completely different lab class of a different discipline several times because the teachers were sick or didn't show up. 

Career Dept - People who are supposed to find the internship did not find us a position anywhere in Spring Hill or Franklin, TN.  Because the time period lapsed passed the contracted time period, Medvance dropped my sister and I as students and would not allow us to graduate and get our certificate even though we were straight A students. 

My sister was able to find her own internship and they hired her.  I have lost out a lot of money, and can not get a Medical Assistant job because the clinics ask for my internship contract.  I tried to get a job with my training and was told I wasn't qualified because Medvance never gave me my Certificate.  

The Medvance Director of Education stated that I had to go back to Medvance and meet with the Financial Counselor to take the same classes with the same teachers all over again.  That means "pay" again. 

I am out of $15,000 of school loans that I can't account for because I can't use the education I paid for anything.  I am looking for a lawyer to help me with this case.  I have not been able to get a job in this field.  I am unemployed and I owe the governent the money they paid for me to go to MedVance.  I would never recommend this school to anyone.  We were also told that the credits would transfer by the girl who registered us.  NOT!  Can't use it.  It was a wast of money, time and education and has damaged my credit and career goals to move into nursing.  My plan was to continue on in Medical School to be a Physician Assistant and Nurse Anesthetist.  Please help and contact me at (((Redacted)))Thank you!
