MEGA FURNITURE RIPP-OFF COMPANY Scottsdale AZ

Bought some furniture at MEGA FURNITURE for the living room.  Went there to buy chairs for a dining room set I already had and in the process ended up buying a power living room set as well.

The store was fine, the sales person was very helpfull and the manager was courteous and friendly. Delivery of the furniture was done as schedule, Sat. Feb. 25, 2017. it is here that the issue develops:

When the delivery people set up the Power Sofa, I tried it out and the right side power buttons did NOT WORK! When I mentioned that to the guy he got somewhat agitaded and replied that he would check it shorty. When they set the Loveseat, I checked it and found that there were scrapes in the back on the right side and that the right armrest was warpped and loose. I told them I would not accept the furniture in that condition, did not sign for it and requested they removed it.

When I mentioned that to the guy he got irritade, started taking cellphone pictures and made a couple phone calls. Then told me they were just delivering it and, by policy, could not remove it but someone from MEGA FURNITURE would call be back in a couple hours to resolve the issue and replace the set. This was Feb 25th. Today is March 4 and still I have not heard from anyone nor will they replace the broken furniture.

I have "emailed" the company and got no response. I have called the store manager and he assured me he would call the right people and I should get contacted in a couple hours, that was 4 days ago. No one has contacted me. I have called their Customer Service to complaint and have the issue resolved and was told someone would call me back in a couple hours, but no one has ever called. I have called the Warehouse to have the furniture replaced and was told that someone would be in contact in a couple hours, but no one has ever contacted me. I have called the Corporate office in Pheonix and was told that they would have the issue resolved and someone from the delivery center would call be back in a 24hrs, but no one has ever called.

Are you getting the idea?  I spent $3K on broken furniture and got RIPPED-OFF! They lie everytime I call, never call back and WILL NOT REPLACE THE BROKEN SOFA and LOVESEAT.

Stay away from this place, they are Asian/Spanish CON artists. I just wish I had read all the bad reviews all the stores in the Phoenix Metro area have, but as I first wrote, I just went in there to buy a couple of chairs for a dining table and had no intention of buying a living room set.

SAVE YOUR MONEY and don't buy at MEGA FURNITURE!!!!!
