Do not do business with this so called health insurance company, the policies are so bad I wouldnt cover my pet with one. The agents will not know they are seliing you a turd because they are trained to believe its the best thing since roast beef. If you have a policy with them immediately contact a independent agent who hopefully can save you before you have a vapor lock.
Uga/Cornerstone are all the same deal just packaged differently, avoid them and I can only hope for the souls of the a-holes running it - as God will fry them for their greed and lies.
