meineke car care center ripoff service and fraudulant warranty elkton,, Maryland

On 12/5/09 i took my oldsmobile cutlass to the meineke car care center in Elkton,md for front and rear brakes after the repair i was handed a bill for $400.99 at the time i thought the repair charge was to high but i assumed it was done correctly and i wouldn't  have to change my brakes again for at least 2 years since i'am retired and only drive locally.In the beginning of June i noticed that my brakes were starting to grab in the rear as i tryed to stop and made a shuttering noise when i pressed on the brakes.I took my car back to the same dealer who installed my brakes and was told they would correct the problem.I waited for the car to be repaired and was handed a bill for $347.18 which i had to pay even though i had already paid for the work 4 months earlier.This happened on 4/29/10. The exact repairs they charged me for in  12/5/09. I complained to the store manager and was told that the repairs were needed because the brakes were worn down.I asked how could that be- they said that the mileage when i brought the vehicle in on 12/5/09 was 157.403.And on 4/29/10 was 164.323. by my math that means that i had only driven 6,920 miles.How could they say that at 6,920 miles my brakes needed to be redone if they never really changed them in 12/5/09 and . doctored them over. I left the repair shop hell bent on reporting this scam to the main corporate office and when i called them and explained what happened they told me that each store is privately owned and operated and they wouldn't get involved or attempt to help. Also because of the phony repair they did my master brake assembly is leaking to the point that i have to take my car to another shop to correct what they screwed up.
