Melaleuca I was told it cost 99 cents to join! They sent me stuff I never order 67 dollars worth of stuff and with out my authorization took the money out of my checking account before I received the stuff! The month wasn't even over yet and they helped themselves into my checking acct with out my approval! So where does the 99 cents come in! I feel like I was ripped off and scammed for their stuff that I never ordered just to get more money out of me! Idaho Falls, Idaho, 83402 Nationwide

I was informed to join this company by hear say for ninety nine cents! When I joined I watched their videos to get discounts on their products! They decided to send me sixty seven dollars worth of stuff. That I never ordered! I did not know w hat they sent me till I received an email to my email address! I called them. They told me what they sent me! They had already took the money out of my account with out my acknowledgement or authorization! They took the money out before I received their stuff! The month was not even over yet for their ninety cent to join. I was zapped with sixty seven dollar ! They skimmed my bank account! I feel I was scammed! These people are rip off artists.

So sorry you feel that way. iv been a customer shopping for over 20 years on a monthly basis. I would tend to think you got a membership and perhaps did not understand the order system for a preferred customer. Unfortunately it happens. Maybe your friend did not explain it or you did not hear it. BTW they would not send you an order unless you forgot to order at month end. So I bet the charge was around the 3rd of the new month. Makes sense what happened. Its simple to make it right. call the company and tell them you want a refund AFTER you send back the products or better yet use them as they really work and are a good deal.
You must close your account in writing or you will continue to remain a preferred member and get a 30-40% discount vs non member pricing. just call them for an explanation. So sorry.
