Member Solutions Unfair, Unethical and Arrogant. Ripoff artist! Jenkintown Pennsylvania

When I signed up for karate I was under the understanding that I was allowing automatic withdrawals from my checking...not that I was committing to 12 months worth. So I started karate and after some time into it my Diabetes was getting out of control and I was in distress. My doctors warned me not to excercise when diabetes is high and not to do any barefooted. I contacted the school who would not let me out of the contract. I called Member Solutions who said I needed to either move more than 25 miles from the school or have a Doctor attest to the medical condition. I had my doctor send a letter on letterhead from the hospital stating the "I should be excused from futher activity as it causes a definite risk to long injury and infection. Member Solutions rejected this because it wasnt on their particular form and the Doctor had not stated a period of time. So I had my Doctor fill out the form with everything filled out and it was rejected again because Member Solutions said it was a pre-existing condition. I was blown away. I dont ever recall being asked about this and besides even if it was...things change. I did not anticipate problems when I signed. I called this and asked if it was a Doctor making these decisions and was told it was not. I am being forced to take legal actions because they are disregarding orders from my Doctor not to participate.

This is so arrogant and unethical that its hard to believe. They have to realize that they are putting them selves at risk..
