Membership Services "Membership Services" false charged my bank acc. $19.95/mo with OUT my knowledge Hopkins Minnesota

on Aug19th 2008 I noticed a debit charge of $19.95 from WC *Value Plus. "Membership Services" Hopkins, MN 800-475-1942 I called and told them to cancel. They would not say how exactly they got my bank acc# other than it was from one of their "associate" companies, that I did business with on July 17th. I did no business with anyone on or near that date, NEVER over the phone, which was their next answer.

Lia 45134, a supervisor said the same and would not give any more info and told me to write the corporate office...by Snail mail! gave No web address, no phone #, no names. I asked her how could a company get my bank account#, charge my on-line banking, and have no web site, a corporate office of a national corp? she got very flustered and repeated that it was someone that I did business with.

I could see this was going nowhere, so here I am telling you. How can we stop this from happening? put them out of business!

PLEASE HELP, Rip-off Report, YOU can do something!
