We're sorry to hear that you don't wish to continue as an All-Access Passholder (previously known as a Gold member). While purchasing your membership, you were provided with information just above the submit payment button explaining that all memberships are enrolled in our automatic renewal program. This automated billing process prevents any interruption in your membership benefits. Through your acceptance of the membership offer, you authorized us to continue to charge your credit card to extend your membership until you took the necessary steps to remove yourself from this program.

If you wish to discontinue your paid membership after the current term, you may remove yourself from the automatic renewal program any time prior to your renewal date.

To change or confirm your renewal option, simply follow these steps:

Click Account at the top or bottom of any page.

Click Account & Billing.

Enter your password to access your billing information.

Under ACCOUNT INFORMATION, click Turn off automatic renewal.

Click Yes to confirm your decision.

Confirm that your Account & Billing page now reflects your desired renewal option: Manual.

By changing your renewal option to manual, your account will not be charged again. You'll continue to receive full paid benefits until the end of the current term. At that time, your All-Access Pass will simply expire and you'll revert to a free membership (unless you choose to manually renew). As a free member, you'll still be listed on Memory Lane and receive email notifications about your account activity.

A total rip off, I do not recall them (classmates.com) ever having this option. I would have opted out.
