 Was a hassle finding an address or phone number associated with the $39 charge on my credit card statement. For those of you looking to have charge removed call  206-301-5900.   Give'm HELL.

At best they only provide a prorated credit, so best to call as soon as you see the charge appear.   They should give a credit for the entire $39.00,  particularly when one calls as soon as they receive there credit card statement reflecting the charge.  Guess they bank on the thousands he will not notice the charge and/or give up trying to get it revcersed.

Given the number complaints figure only a matter of time before this company is shut down for perpetuating financial fraud.
