I have been saying it all along. Verbal agreements with Mentoring of America are not supposed to be considered valid. And MOA knows this but they still use this against you in an attempt to intimidate and deter you from pursuing a refund.

Which state did you get this number from Utah or Colorado? Jackie since you were given this statute number that states no verbal agreements in excess of $5,000 are valid, please post the number here instead of telling us to go or call somewere to get it. Post it here. There's are readers of this site right now fighting Mentoring of America for a refund that have been told that they have been tape recorded agreeing over the phone to something.
