Mercantila Poor quality merchandise they didn't stand behind, sent me an email saying my request for replacement part denied, they don't care about customer satisfaction or repeat business! Internet, San Francisco, California

I purchased a loft bed for my daughter.  After putting it together(which took 3 full days itself), the first time we went to roll it into place the caster broke.  1 month later when the guest bed was used for the first time, the supports broke at the corner.  I called the company to request replacement parts due to defects (I did not request a return or exchange, just replacements for the defective parts) I spoke with customer service who was forwarding the request to another department and said they would be in contact. The contact came in the form of a do not reply email that said it was past 30 days so my request was denied.  I suspect they know they are selling junk and with a do not reply email, clearly they don't care. Additionally, do not buy the loft mattresses, they are junk too and like sleeping on a board of straight springs.
