No paperwork other than the two-year limited warranty was enclosed in the package. Luckly for me (maybe) I kept the email showing receipt of my order.
Perhaps the note I received will help others in returning their Buxton Bag:
"I am sorry you will need to contact customer service to help you with this matter. They will be happy to assist you. You can contact customer service at 866-389-3774. Customer service hours start at 8:30 am till 10:00 pm EST."
Now, Monday (after Christmas) I will call this number and hope for a full refund and I will send the smelly bag back with a 'US Postal receipt requested'... wish me luck.
I am also very disappointed in Merchanice Direct for selling this junk!
