Merchant One Deceptive business application process for new customers. Miami Beach Florida

 This company does not disclose that there is a 3 year contract and an early termination fee during the initial application process. I received a collection notice from them after THEY terminated my account a few months later stating that I owed them $800.00 (early termination fee). I was not told about this fee beforehand nor was I aware I was entering into a contract/lease term with them as it was never mentioned in any correspondence I received from the company when I applied for an account, nor was it stated in the actual application I filled out when I signed up.
