I too just received a letter from this company of a bill I thought was paid off. I called the credit card company and they had no information for me. These people called and failed to tell me what company they were from and were very nasty with me. I get no answers.

I have wrote them asking them to confirm the debt. When I called, they just happen to add another debt to the one they sent me. I got the infamous letter that you all have gotten. I'm a little stupid when it comes to knowing what to do with this. Somebody, please help!

Merchant's Credit Guide The Company wanted money for a debt using my check by phone or credit card, I told them no, I'm disabled, with a terminal illness. I asked the guy not to call again.
