MERCURY INSURANCE GROUP MERCURY CASUALTY 10% CANCELLATION FEE, Internet

According to Mercury Insurance  and their terrible broker AIS insurance(another thief), you are stuck for life with their services as there is no way to avoid a 10% cancellation fee. Spoke to both to hear their version of the story and they both have a different explanation. AIS claims this is cancellation  fee charged by Mercury (probably avoiding being sue again).... And Mercury says this is a fee for a covering period ....eventhough I canceled 5 days before my billing cycle, this people need some new billing specialists. Mercury recently named Forbes Americas most trust worthy company 2012,  what hell is Forbes thinking (publicity junk company) no wonder Mercury is celebrating 50 years and will probably celebrate another 50 making the extra bucks.
